These terms govern the Matchs Partners program, including the rights and duties of the operator and partners.
Partners register with an email and password. A partner code is issued at registration. False information may restrict access.
Commission is credited when a visitor from a tracking link or code pays within the attribution window. Day passes credit 40% after payment confirmation. Long passes (7/30 days) credit only 20% of the first payment after the full term ends, and mid-term cancellation earns no credit. A 10% referral fee may apply on the valid-payment commission of a partner you invited directly. Deeper levels are not paid. Total payout cannot exceed 45% of the payment.
Payouts can be requested from the published minimum amount. The operator may require identity and supporting documents before paying.
Credits may be reversed and accounts limited if invalid traffic, fake conversions, or other violations are found.
We may collect email, name, hashed password, referrer code, payout bank details, identity verification data, and access logs.
We use this data to identify members, settle commissions, process payouts, prevent abuse, and handle support requests.
We keep data until the purpose is fulfilled or for as long as required by law, then delete it without undue delay.
